I, Valeriia Hearn (valeriiahearn.com), am committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what information I collect, how I use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information I collect

• Name and contact details — when you book a call, write to me, or subscribe.
• Your request — the information you provide in a booking form or message.
• Payment information — when you pay for a session or game. Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

I do not use hidden trackers, and I do not collect data from children (see section 8).

3. How I use it

• to respond to you and arrange and deliver a call or session;
• to process payment and send a confirmation;
• to send you what you requested.

I never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

4. Third-party services

To run the site and stay in touch, I rely on trusted services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Calendly — booking calls and sessions;
• Stripe — payment processing (card data under their PCI-compliant security; I never store it);
• WhatsApp — messaging;
• Instagram, YouTube — content and connection;
• Google — email;
• Netlify — website hosting.

5. Cookies

The site itself is static and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded tools (such as the Calendly booking form or the Stripe payment form) may set their own functional cookies.

6. Data retention

I keep your data for as long as we are in contact, or as needed for legal and financial record-keeping. If you request deletion, I will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data I hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw consent for email communications at any time.

8. Children

This site is not intended for children under the age of 16. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has shared their data, please contact me.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
